All the articles in this catalog are of an artisan nature, therefore the slight differences that can be found between two similar articles are to be understood as a quality of artisan production.

The order is processed and shipped normally in three / four working days, unless otherwise indicated, delivery will be by express courier to the address indicated in the order.

WARRANTIES:

The mail order sale is equivalent to the sale via internet: it protects the consumer and guarantees the right of withdrawal for every type of payment.

The formula "Free Shipping" when available, is applicable only to shipments on Italian soil and in case of withdrawal will be retained from the refund starting from € 6.80 for shipping costs, even in the case of orders with more than one item.

The "Satisfied or Reimbursed" formula provides for the replacement of the products present in the package and not conforming to the description, other than the order or of the wrong color.

The return request must be submitted before sending the goods; no returns will be accepted unless previously authorized.

Transport costs relating to the replacement of the goods which must be sent intact in its original packaging by national courier within and no later than the terms established by law will be excluded from any refund.

Regarding distance selling, if the customer is a consumer (i.e. a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity) he has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason and without giving explanations, under the conditions set out below.

To exercise this right, the customer must send an e-mail to the address italianhand.com@gmail.com to this effect, within 7 working days from the date of receipt of the goods, specifying the items he intends to return and the number of order in which these items were purchased.

After the confirmation by QHISS of the acceptance of the withdrawal and the authorization to send the return, the goods must be returned at the customer's expense and within 7 days from the date of receipt of this communication. QHISS will return the entire amount paid excluding transport costs even if purchased with "FREE SHIPPING" for the purchase of returned goods, within 30 days of receipt of the goods (undamaged and corresponding to the material indicated in the notice of withdrawal) by reversing the amount in case of payment by paypal or credit card, or by bank transfer in the case of different payments. The consumer will be responsible for communicating the data necessary for the execution of the transfer.

The right of withdrawal is attributed only to the consumer customer, that is, a natural person who purchases goods for purposes not related to his professional activity.
